Crafting seamless digital experiences by blending creativity with usability, from websites to innovative UX/UI design
I started my design journey in 2019 as an Associate Project Manager - Design at CGS Infotech, Mumbai, where I created and revamped 30+ responsive websites and introduced AskTery Chatbot as a new service using Google’s DialogFlow. I also mentored 27 students from universities like the University of South Florida and the University of Texas, training them in chatbot design and development.
In July 2022, I joined Flynaut LLC, North Carolina, as a UX/UI Designer. Since then, I’ve worked on fintech, edtech, proptech, and foodtech projects, creating user-focused designs that are both functional and visually appealing.

Flynaut LLC, North Carolina, USA . July 2022 - Current
At Flynaut, I worked with a talented team to design user-centric digital solutions for industries such as fintech, edtech, proptech, and foodtech. My primary responsibilities included crafting intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces, from wireframing to creating high-fidelity prototypes. I collaborated closely with developers and stakeholders to ensure the designs aligned with business goals and provided seamless user experiences across both web and mobile platforms. My work focused on enhancing usability, accessibility, and user engagement for various client projects.
Associate Project Manager - Design
CGS Infotech, Mumbai, India . July 2019 - May 2022
At CGS Infotech, I led design and development efforts, overseeing the creation and redesign of 30+ responsive websites. I was responsible for ensuring the quality of design implementations, conducting thorough testing to ensure websites met usability and functionality standards. Additionally, I introduced chatbot services within the company, leveraging DialogFlow (by Google) to design and develop innovative chatbot solutions. I also took on the role of training and mentoring 27 students from the University of South Florida, University of Texas at Arlington, and University of Texas at Dallas, providing guidance in chatbot design and development as part of a capstone project.
